Festive colors, decorations, food, and fun costumes are a big part of our holiday traditions. This season make a photo checklist, so you'll be sure to capture all the good stuff with your camera. Then, find a great page pattern, with lots of spots, to fit it all in.

On the page above, Jodi shows us her tricks for a great Halloween page. She chose a pattern that included a column of 2x3 spots - a perfect way to stack up all of those detail shots! She even had room for a bit of patterned paper to emphasize her Halloween theme.

Another way to document your holidays is by creating a Calendar page!

Above is a Calendar by Paije displaying the week of Christmas. The square and rectangle shapes are new Calendar dies that fit the 1.5" x 1.5" spaces perfectly. Paije used the die that includes embossed stitching and the layering Calendar dies. She also used the size that extends over two spaces on the calendar. There are even dies that go up to five spaces. All the dies can be used horizontally or vertically!

The Calendar layout allowed Paije to keep track of all of her holiday outings. Usually the holidays are a busy time - so be sure to put all of your favorite moments on your Calendar!
