Customer-favorite Whimsy Dies have new additions!
Above, Jodi used both the Whimsy 2x6 and the Whimsy 2x2 corner section. She used the dies to cut two complimentary patterned papers to create a delightful frame for Daisy, the hedgehog. She laid it perfectly on the Lazy Days'Natural Weave' 12x12 grid Paper.
You can take this exact same pattern and dies with your own pictures and paper to create your own unique page!

Above, Paije helps you discover what a darling layout looks like with the new Whimsy 2x2 Dies.
Do you see how she combined pattern paper and photos with the new 2x2 Whimsy? Then she used the same patterned paper to mat her focal picture in the center. She used a close up detail shot of a beautiful flower to make a 1x1 frame around her focal picture too. And then added her title on top of the photo mosaic. She put it all on the Lazy Days Collection 12x12 grid paper called Cabin Wood.

NEW Splits Dies
This new Discover Level Die is called the Splits Die.
The die cuts mats and photos and splits them in half at a 45° angle. Tami used the dies in two ways, shown above. She split her mats and she split her photos.
To really help you discover what a dreamy die this is we broke down the design process below.
On the left is the initial mat cuts with the new Splits Die.
Tami used a pinwheel pattern and laid her split mats around the center of her page. She kept her patterned paper on the inside and her white card stock on the outside. Then on the right, she kept her top and bottom photos whole and glued them to the split mats. With the right and left design spots, she split 4 photos and placed them on each split mat.

"Kite Flying at the Beach" by Jodi Benson - Pattern #306
Here, Jodi used the Splits Die to split 4 photos.
She used pictures that almost look like they could have been 1 photo which gives the design spot such a great perspective. Lakeside was the perfect 12x12 grid choice from the Lazy Days Collection. Jodi embellished with the Wind Spinner Set and little pink circle gems.
Circles are so simple but make such a large impact on your mosaics.
See how Paije used the 1x1 Grid and Circles Die, above? She took a far away landscape shot of the mountains and laid 2x4 rows of her 1x1 Grid and Circles on top. You can see the mountains through the little circle
mosaics.

The Box Kite Die here on Jodi's page created a triangle quilt mosaic.
There are 2 Box Kite Dies, one is 2x3 and one is 2x4 which is used above. Jodi used Sunlight 12x12 grid and then she chose a bright pink card for a pop of color. This is a gorgeous example of a Mosaic layout.
Take this same Pattern and Box Kite Die, add your own paper and photos - you will have created an original, unique, and professional looking page!

Corner Strip Dies
Another customer favorite, the Corner Strip Dies!
The Corner Strip dies make a 2x1 strip mosaics with strip corners possible. It is such a great look that you can't get any other way than with these fabulous dies. The Corner Strips Die and the Corner Connector Die come separately, but together make the most amazing mosaic pages. As Paije has shown us above.

Here, Paije used the 4x4 Corner Dies to give this page a huge perspective - they emphasize the largeness of the mountain and the beach. Then she took her photos and printed them small and cut them into 1x1 mosaic squares. She alternated landscape photos and close up shots with patterned paper. It's the cutest mosaic technique. Paije placed everything on the Lakeside grid paper which is perfect for this beach layout.
