MOSAIC MOMENTS® PRESENTS:
"Animal Kingdom Day" by Paije Potter - Pattern #319
Hello
Grid Paper is the secret behind beautiful layouts using the Mosaic Moments System. It is the foundation of every page. There may be several ways to cut photos, but there is only one thing to adhere them to, and that is Grid Paper. Mosaic Moments Grid Paper was invented by Tami Potter 20 years ago and there is no substitute.
Notice how evenly spaced and how straight everything is on the layout above. Even the little 1x1 squares are perfect. And that is because of the Mosaic Moments Grid Paper. Did you also notice that beautiful shade of green? It is one of the new colors of Grid Paper coming this Friday!
This Layout Features:NEW 12x12 New Leaf Grid Paper from In the Garden Collection (Coming This Friday Feb. 12),Numbers 2 Die Set, and

"Norfolk Botanical Gardens" by Jodi Benson - Free-styled page
This beautiful layout by Jodi mixes mosaic, or 1-inch squares, with full photos. The combination creates a breathtaking layout worthy of hanging on the wall. It is a unique style that is not possible without Tami Potter's Mosaic Moments system.
Tami developed Mosaic Moments out of a need to create what was not currently on the market. Her products continue to be ground-breaking and unique in the scrapbooking, card-making and art community. Read her story by clicking the blue box below.

The "We Love Grid" Sale starts this Friday, Feb. 12. This is the biggest Grid Paper sale of the year! All Grid Paper -- including small sizes (8.5x11 grid and 6x6 grid) and Grid Greeting Cards will be on sale. Don't miss this opportunity to get 25-40% off Grid Paper. The more you buy, the
more you save, so make plans now to stock up on Friday.
This week's assignment is to practice lining up 1"x1" squares on Grid Paper. Use an extra photo or grab some left over card-stock and cut them into squares, either by using the grid die or hand-cut with a cutting mat. It's important to use repositionable glue in case you need to adjust any pieces.
Be sure to carefully line up each square on the left corner of the grid lines. Then make sure the square is completely covering the grid line on the left and top. Once all of your 1x1" squares are glued down, take a look at your page and see if any squares look crooked, if any gaps in between each square look wider or narrower than normal, and if any grid lines are showing. Adjust as necessary and then
admire your work.
For your practice layout this week, you are welcome to replicate the layout above using your own photos. If you have any questions about this week's Grid Work Assignment or any other questions, you can ask on our Share Tips & Ideas Facebook Group. Click the button below to join:
