This collection of soft shades is perfect for winter. Look at how beautiful the Mint works on this layout filled with snow-covered mountains. You might want an extra pack, because it will also blend well with your spring pictures.

JACK FROST GRID TRIO
Our featured Grid Trio of the Month is Jack Frost. This limited-edition pack contains two sheets each of Mist, White and Lilac grid papers.
The Mist grid paper, shown above, is a soft blue that goes as well with winter waters as it does ice and snow. We love how it blends into the background and lets the photos really shine.

More limited-edition Tri-Color Packs are also available. These are a great way to build a collection of colors, since you get two of each color in the pack. They are also an inexpensive way to try new shades. And, since they coordinate together, you might use one as your grid paper, another as your photo mats, and a third for your letters and die cuts. If you have not yet tried the Shimmer Grid Paper, you must! Shimmer Grid is a soft, subtle shimmer that reflects in the light. It is not glittery, but as you move it around it shows an elegant, non-reflective sheen. It's a beautiful texture and you
will find yourself using it for all sorts of subjects, including formal events, holidays and snowy days.
The Silver Grid Paper, shown above, is a soft grey with a hint of shimmer. It's perfect to show off the white snow in the photos.

Prism Dies
Reminiscent of a close-up look at the crystals in a snowflake, the Prism Dies are perfect for winter pictures. We love how Paije used dark snow-covered trees in between her prism crystals. It really makes the shapes stand out.
This layout is also done on Persimmon Grid Paper, which is also part of the Fresh N Fruity Collection. Persimmon is difficult to describe, but it is a little bit brown, a little bit gold, a little bit pink, and, well, it goes with just about everything. In addition to winter, it works great with travel, architecture, vacation and outdoor photos.
The Crystal Die, shown in this layout, is so versatile. It works well on snowy and icy layouts, but you might also use it as a quilt block, filling in the pieces in different colors.
