It's a new year, filled with new goals, new beginnings, and just maybe, a new layer of snow. Celebrate the fresh beginning with a layout using the Fresh N Fruity Collection. Here, Paije used the Plum Grid Paper from the collection to showcase this new snowfall. We love how she added additional shades of purple into her layout and then included a bit of journaling on the bottom. By writing on a separate sheet of paper and then adhering it to
the layout, there is no worry of "ruining" your layout with a journaling mistake.
We plan to celebrate the Fresh N Fruity Collection all month long by showing you fresh ideas with this collection. Stay tuned to your Snap Fix, so you do not miss a bit.

How to Use Die Collections to Create a Two-Page Spread
"Pandora 2018" by Paije Potter
Many scrapbookers like to work in two-page spreads, like the layout shown above. Notice how Paije used some of the same shapes and papers to tie these two layouts together into a spread? She actually used the same die set on both layouts, although she used them in a different way.
We have collected more ideas to help you. Just click the blue box below and see how our designers work with the same die collection on two-page layouts.
Have you tried creating a two page spread with one of our specialty dies? In this video demo, Paije shares her tips on how to create a two page layout with the Horizon die collection. Click the blue button below to watch now:
When you open your package from Mosaic Moments, you will find two freebies inside! One is a calendar featuring the current month and the the other will be a square with a coordinating illustration by artist Lisa Glanz. These little squares will, of course, fit the grid. You will want to order each month to collect the entire series (available while supplies last).
Every month we will be showing an example layout with the freebies. We will fill up this layout at the end of the month, so stay tuned for the completed page.

Each week in our SnapFix Newsletter, we will be giving you an assignment. We hope these assignments will help you become more confident with Mosaic Moments®.
This week's assignment is to create a two-page spread with a specialty die collection, such as X-Factor, shown above. There is no need to search for patterns -- simply copy the above layout or one of the layouts in our article shown above.
You can use any of the specialty dies. Specialty dies are those that work together to make additional shapes. Many can be found under the "Die Collections" tab in SnapNCrop. You can also find some under the "Adventure" tab. Some examples of specialty dies include Crisscross, Diamond Mine, Horizon, Dynamic and Whimsy.
When you are done, you can share your double-page spread with us on the Crop N Share Facebook Group. Click the button below and request to join us.
