We enjoy playing with photos. It is why we do what we do. We can enhance the fun factor by creating whimsical layouts. Check out these six layouts for plenty of playful photo fun!
They Whimsy Die Set, new this year, allows us to create a whimsical, or elegant, frame on our entire layout. Use it for anything fun, but try it with weddings, prom, trips to historical museums, fine dining, and other elegant events, too. Just swap out the fun paper for
something fancy.
An acrostic is a poem that uses each letter in word as the first letter in another word or phrase. Here, the letters of autumn are used to describe some of the events and feelings of the season. You can try it with names, places, emotions, or just about any word. It is a fun, unique way to journal or describe a person, place or pet.
Create Designs with Corners

Corner Tiles come in a variety of sizes and can be used to create all sorts of fun designs on scrapbook pages. Just look at how beautiful this one is! You can make chevrons and zig zags and a lot of different quilting patterns using these shapes. You are limited only by your
imagination.
A crossword is another fun way to showcase a person, pet, place or entire family. You can spell out names, feelings, hobbies or qualities. Or, you can write a message of love, family or friendship. Anything is possible and there are four different alphabet sets that can be
used.
Stripes are another fun, whimsical design that can easily be created with Corner Tiles and alternating pattern paper or colored cardstock. You just have to smile when you look at this!
Pointing the way is a fun way to draw the viewer's eye to a specific image, or around the entire page. The 2x3 Arrow Die is a great way to achieve this. We love how this layout includes journaling written in the arrows.
