Get ready to save while adding some unique touches to your layouts with corner dies. Corner dies
turn squares into triangles. They come in a variety of sizes and can create a multitude of unique designs on your layouts. You can also use them to add special touches to the corners of your photos or mats, as well.
The Corner Grid Die serves two purposes ... first, it cuts an entire 4x6 photo (or cardstock) into corners, so when you need a lot of corners, it is a great time saver. But, it also has corners cut on different angles so you can create designs that were not possible with the other corner dies.
More Examples Using
Corner Tile Dies:
Here, the 1" corner tiles are used to create accents on the
layout.
The Jumbo Corner Die is used here to make a zig-zag design that really stands
out.
The Jumbo Corner Die is used again on this layout to create unique corners using both
photos and patterned paper. In the center, the 3x3 Corner Die is used to create a diamond shape of photos. And, the Corner Grid Die is used to create tiles to turn into stripes.
This layout uses the 1" Corner Tiles to make a beautiful design. For inspiration, look at quilt patterns. They
translate nicely to the Mosaic Moments System.
Here, Andrea Fisher used the 1" Corner Tiles to make a chevron background for this
layout.
This is a loving example of stripes created with the 1" Corner
Tiles.
On this one, Andrea used the 4x4 Corner Set to create a frame for a precious
photo.
With the 4x4 Corner Set, you can also get a lot more photos on the page. This set
comes with the layering pieces, so you can create photo mats, as well.
Mixing patterned paper with photos in the center, with the 3x3 Corner, creates a
unique focal point. Try this when you have plenty of photos, but none of them are special enough to be the focal on their own.
Corner Tiles can also be used for a backdrop for a title, as well as a border around
the layout. Using all of the layering pieces in the 4x4 Corner Set also creates a unique design.
