"Virginia Zoological Park" by Paije Potter
Page Kit: NEW Jungle Fever (Available This Friday)
Make it your Own
Because you are working on the Mosaic Moments grid paper, it's easy to modify the kit to fit your photos. (See the original design below.) On the page above, Paije placed two smaller photos in the space meant for one larger one. She used the extra card stock (usually little pieces of card stock are attached to some of the cut outs and can be used) to cut all of the letters and strips
in between the photos, as well as 1x1" squares and corners. The polka dot paper she used was actually the reverse side of the leaf paper. (Most of the printed papers used to create the kits are high-quality, double-sided papers, so you flip them as desired.)
SnapFixTip: Add a bit of chalk or ink to the edges of your papers to add some depth to your layouts. Paije used dark brown chalk ink on her paper edges.

Here's the double layout ... all of the page kits make a two-page spread. And all are made using the highest quality cardstock and patterned papers.

This new Bear Tracks layout is adorable. To make it her own, Paije used the 3x3 Circle Center Frame Die to cut out the frames and added sticker embellishments. She also
used leftover paper from the kit to make corners, a photo strip and a ripped border (above the top left photo on the right side). And, she decided to leave off the ivory mat on the right layout in order to make her photo a little larger.
SnapFix Tip: If you would like to use a die, you can add it on top, like in the layout above, or you can used the pieces to cut a die of a similar shape. For instance, a 2x2 die cut can be substituted for any of the 2x2 squares in the layout.
Original Page Kit - NEW Simply Wonderful
"Forever Love" by Jodi Benson
This one really is simply wonderful. The beautiful, modern flowers can go with just about any subject and the photo in the center on the right overlapping two other photo mats is completely fresh. Jodi took the layout even farther by adding a 4x6 Oval Frame, used chipboard embellishments on some of the spaces instead of a photo and used matching patterned paper to make some strips. She also dry embossed the yellow blocks on the right and then used chalk ink to darken the embossed design. WOW!
SnapFix Tip: Don't let the number of photos you have keep you from using a page kit. There are so many options to fill that space ... make it a title, a journaling block, add a die to it or use stickers or chipboard embellishments to finish off the page. Page kits can be as easy or as artsy as you want
them to be.
Original Page Kit - NEW Mountain Flowers
"Together" by Jodi Benson
How pretty are Mountain Flowers? The warm colors made us think of fall, but it could be used for a lot of subjects. The beautiful little girl all cuddled up in the blanket that Jodi used is just beyond adorable! For Jodi's layout, the pages worked better flopped, so she put the right one on the left. Next,
she used the Fir Tree Die Set to fill in some of the 2x2 squares. She used some of the extra yellow paper included to replace some of the floral paper on the right side and then added 2019 using the Numbers 3 set to the top. She added
chipboard embellishments and chalk ink to make it perfect.
SnapFix Tip: In this layout, Jodi added a tree to the 2x2 squares. If you don't die cut, check out the Cornerstones. These are laser cut images that would fit on
the same places. There are dozens and dozens to choose from, in a variety of colors. And, since they are not attached to the background piece, you can easily substitute the squares that come in the kit!
