Diamonds are said to be a girl's best friend -- especially when they are on sale! Diamond shapes provide beautiful graphic lines that work with any theme. There are many options for making diamond shapes using the Mosaic Moments system. Check a few of them out below!
The 2x6 Angles Die creates a large, diamond shape on the entire page. Paije used it to show off interesting rocks photographed at a museum. Use it with photos, like Paije did here, or with a mix of papers to give a beautiful frame to the focal point of
your page.
SnapFixTip: Despite our best efforts, photos don't always come out as sharp as we want them to, especially in low light situations like a museum. When your photos aren't as sharp as you'd like, print them small, like Paije did in the layout above. Reducing the size tricks the eye into thinking they are
clearer than they really are.
COMMENT TO WIN!
This week we are preparing for our Semi-Annual Die Sale. Comment each day on our Mosaic Moments Facebook Page (Now - Thursday) for a chance to win one of 50 mini loop dies!
Winners will be announced September 13th, on our Facebook page.
It's finally here! If you have been wondering how to use the 4x4 Corner Die Set - we created this tutorial for you! In this video Paije introduces the dies and shows you how to use the die set, how to create a diamond design on your scrapbook page, and shares her tips & tricks.
You can also frame a page in a diamond shape using the Diamond Mine Set, which combines unique angles to create a beautiful diamond all around your layout.
SnapFix Tip: This design offers a beautiful opportunity to accentuate with patterned paper. Take advantage of it by setting the mood and theme of your layout. It can be literal, like hearts for a page about love or fish for a page about fishing. But, it can also be a little more subtle, like the
beautiful Moroccan pattern Jodi used to accent her trip to the Bible Museum.
Andrea created a beautiful, graphical layout showcasing flowers in the garden. She shows you how to work with the dies and some other ideas for using the Diamond Mine Die Set in the article below. Click the blue link to read more.
