Happy New Year! We're kicking off 2019 with a look at the Alphabet and Number Die Sets. A picture may be worth 1,000 words, but letters and numbers sure make it easier to "read" those "words." Mosaic Moments has four different styles of alphabets and numbers -- something sure to fit every page. Look at what you can do with them below.
End of the year pages are great ways to look back at the highlights and events of the previous year. By including the large months and year, they become a graphical part of the design and not just a tiny notation.
SnapFixTip: You might include a matching layout next to this one with a few additional photos and some journaling about some of the events pictured -- perhaps things like details about your trip or a mention that it was the first time kayaking, or something similar.
Page Pattern #402 provides a unique opportunity for a title that follows the page clockwise. Not only is it cute, but it helps the viewer move their eye around the page.
SnapFix Tip: Using the letters without their background (the 1-inch square that fits the grid), allows you to fit more letters in a smaller space.
In this video, Paije shows you how to use the letters and numbers with and without the background square. Get her tips to cutting quickly and easily, as well.
I have used the individual letters as opposed to their 1” blocks and arranged them on the 2×6 block in the pattern to create my title. I really love this new Alphabet 4 and look forward to incorporating all year long!
