Sunflowers seem to reach out and give you a great big hug every time you see them. They make everyone smile and add beautiful brightness to everything they decorate. Mosaic Moments just announced brand-new sunflower dies. You can now preorder them, along with nine others. See how the team has used some of them, below.
These sunflowers add a little pop of color and bring out the sunshine and smiles in everyone. I love how they alternate colors going down the page. So simple, and yet so beautiful.
SnapFixTip: Combining colors like a designer is as easy as 1-2-3. Step 1: Choose a patterned paper. Step 2: Select cardstock colors that match exactly to the colors in your patterned paper. Step 3: Use the most prominent colors the most and use the less prominent colors as accents. You'll be
creating designer pages in no time!
California Here We Come!
"We're pleased to announce that Mosaic Moments® is hitting the road again and may be coming to a city near you! While Tami and Kevin won't be traveling personally, Mosaic Moments® products, including basic supplies, dies, grid paper, page kits, and accessories
will be featured by a vendor at various scrapbooking conventions around the United States. The first show will be at the Stamp & Scrapbook Expo in Sacramento, California on October 19-20, 2018. Please look for vendor - A Crafty Situation, LLC. - stop by the booth, say hello, shop, do a make-and-take, and see page samples up close! We'll announce the 2019 scrapbook convention locations
soon, including Mosaic Moments® classes that will be offered on-site at the various conventions!"
Yes, you can use sunflowers on a boy's page. To keep this one masculine, Paije toned down the colors of the sunflowers. It totally works!
SnapFix Tip: To avoid putting in all of those tiny petals, use the Basic Set to cut yellow cardstock the same size as the border. Place that on the page first. Then cut out the border set from light brown and adhere it over the top. Cut it a second time using dark brown and place the centers in your
flowers.
