Perhaps the most favorite type of Mosiac Magic is the panoramic. This technique allows you to take multiple photos and combine them into one by cutting them in strips. It's an easy technique and it creates maximum results. Scroll down to check it out.
The panoramic technique allows you to turn a couple of 4x6 photos into this stunning view all the way across your page. Isn't it beautiful?! (Also see this page in Paije's Mosaic Moments® in Action video on YouTube - see link below.)
SnapFixTip: Add some similar photos along the bottom in 1-inch squares. At first glance, it looks like the bottom of the page continues from the strips along the top.
Page Pattern #427 is perfect for setting the scene. While the panoramic goes all the way across the page, it isn't the focal point. Instead, it helps to set the scene, giving the close-up photos a bit of context.
SnapFix Tip: If you didn't want to create a panoramic, you could use the Banner Die to create a banner across the page. Or you could use a smaller panoramic in the center and banners along each side. The possibilities are practically endless.
Mosaic Moments offers two sets of general, all-purpose dies -- the Basic Dies Set and the Layering Dies Set. Which one do you use? Do you need both sets? Andrea explains how they work in this article. Click below to learn more.
