It's the little things in life that make you smile. Sometimes, those silly things might even bring about a giggle. And, if you smile, or giggle, even for a moment, your day is better. I believe Tami Potter had that in mind when she named the Puff N
Stuff 3x4 Die. After all, how can one not giggle as they are puffin' and stuffin' to create a layout? Anyhow, scroll down to see this week's beautiful layouts
The Puff N Stuff 3x4 Die can easily be used to highlight the center of your layout. Simply cut the die from white cardstock and placed mirrored images side-by-side in the middle of your layout and you have a fantastic focal point -- reminiscent of a butterfly. Notice how
Paije also placed white mats behind the photos at the corners to tie it all together.
SnapFixTip: The new Layering Colored Die Bundle allows
you to make thinner mats and borders, like the ones shown above.
The multitude of 3x4 spaces on Page Pattern #374 allow for this unique treatment of photos using the new Puff N Stuff die. After cutting
the frame with cardstock, Paije used the die to cut photos and placed them in the puffy, or scalloped, side of the die. Adding elegant patterned paper into the larger part of the die cut makes it even fancier.
SnapFix Tip: Use baby-themed patterned paper and rather than elegant, this same layout could be perfect for baby photos as the scallops would look more like puffy clouds.
Quatrefoil is a design that resembles a flower or four-leaf clover. While often used in architecture, it looks absolutely amazing in paper and photos. Join Paije as she shows you how easy it is to create this beautiful design with the Puff N Stuff die.
