When you
need something clean, masculine or modern to frame your photos, try the 3x3 Graphic Frame Die. This sophisticated die has thin border insets that can be filled with paper, cardstock or photos. Scroll down for a little inspiration.
The darker shade of cardstock Paije used in the corners of the Graphic Frame Die help draw the eye toward photos that might otherwise get lost on the layout. This technique is particularly helpful when you have busy photos, or a few that are just a bit smaller than the
rest.
SnapFixTip: You can use the leftover inset pieces from the Graphic Frame Die in the corners of your page or around the edge of other photos.
Page Pattern #267 is all about balance and symmetry. But unlike a layout in
columns, this one has a group of photos that go all the way across the top. That design is balanced, on a much smaller scale, across the bottom of the layout, where Paije has placed the date. You could also try patterned paper or a panoramic photo across the top.
SnapFix Tip: When you have relatively calm photos, like simple landscapes, use pattterned paper in the insets of the Graphic Frame Die to make those photos pop.
