MOSAIC MOMENTS PRESENTS:
Hello

The new Between the Brackets Die Set from Mosaic Moments can quickly transform a layout. It offers a bit of femininity and sophistication, mixed with a touch of graphical typography. Resembling a set of parenthesis, the Between the Brackets Die Set can hold photos, journaling, titles or stand all on its own. Scroll down to see what we put between the brackets ...

Frame a Photo

The Between the Brackets Die Set makes it easy to bring attention to a specific portion of the photo. And, since there is a bracket at each end of the die, it can naturally crop out the unwanted portion of your photo.

SnapFixTip: Use the smaller dies as accents on your page ... they can point to the photos to draw even more attention to them.

Create an Embellishment

The Between the Brackets Die Set can also be used to anchor an embellishment. Look at the little coffee mugs in the layout above ... the die cuts provide a nice background for the mugs that fits the grid perfectly.

SnapFix Tip: Try patterned paper in the brackets, or even as mats, when you have photos that are not overly busy. It adds an adorable touch to the page.

Journaling Between the Brackets
 By Andrea Fisher
Andrea created this layout after visiting Scotland. She used the Between the Brackets dies to showcase her journaling, both in her own handwriting and via the computer. Click below to see how she did it.

When you want to truly capture someone and preserve how they are at this very moment, consider taking a series of photos. Have a conversation, ask them to tell you a story, or conduct an interview. While you talk, take photos the entire time. When you finish, you will have a beautiful collection that documents their personality as well as the color of their eyes and their hairstyle.
