THIS WEEK: We are Getting Creative with CornerTiles
but first... It is time to set your alarms for 12:01 AM EDT.
The BIGGEST PAGE KIT SALE of the year begins tonight after midnight. We started this sale many years ago as a way to say, "thank you and we love you!" We realized that we wanted to say it BIG every year; so, the sale became an annual event!
The number of PAGE KITS offered has grown to over 200! (Over 30 are brand new - introduced for this sale.) To help with logistics, this year, we decided to move the event date forward to October.
Every PAGE KIT will be at least 50% off, plus we have many under $5 - the quantities are limited, and they go super fast; so, be sure to shop early so you won't miss out on your favorites!
12:01 AM tonight!
Getting Creative CornerTiles
Corner Tiles are one of the most versatile
dies in the Mosaic Moments® system. Yes, they can be placed at the corners of your layout or photo to add a finished flair, but they also pack quite a graphic punch.
You will be pulling out this dynamic die after you see these four inspiring ideas!
Thanksgiving Point by Tami Potter
Supplies: 12x12 Grid Paper, 1 inch grid die, Nested Dies Set A, Nested Dies Set B, Corner Tile Die Set, 1 inch punch.
Corner Border
Create a new angle on your borders with the Corner Tile Die. This "triangle border" design takes a break in the middle of the page to add emphasis to the center column.
SnapFixTip: Punch out 1 inch squares then layer your "corners" on top - it makes the alignment super quick & easy!
Give your next design a twist by varying the patterns (see page above). The chevron shapes subtly suggest trees and the colors Paije chose are a perfect way to bring out the fall in her photos.
SnapFix Tip: Don't have enough photos to fill the page? Use a "mosaic space" to create a design element - like the chevron pattern shown above.
What better way to capture the colors of autumn, and use up lots of paper scraps, than by creating a rainbow on your layout? Andrea walks you through the process, and, yes, it is easier than it looks.
Join us in congratulating our challenge winner.
