Along time ago, before digital camera's had become popular, Kevin and Tami Potter took their two daughters to Pumpkinville. They were a little snap happy and
in an hour they filled a couple of rolls of film. When the photos returned from the developer, Tami wasn't quite sure what she'd do with such a big stack of pictures; but, inspiration came and she turned several of the photos into her first photo mosaic (shown above).
What started as a creative solution to a big stack of
photos quickly became a new system for scrapbooking pages. Tami began teaching photo mosaic classes in 2000 with hand drawn girds. However, the task of hand drawing the grid was tedious; so, Tami designed and printed the the first Scrapbook Grid Paper in 2001 - Mosaic Moments™ was born.

Do you have plans to attend a family reunion this summer? Use Pattern #186 for your photos! There is a large design spot to fit a photo of the whole family, plus use the 2x2 squares to show
portraits of each family member. We also love the mosaic spots for adding a decorative photo or paper.
The pattern for this week’s feature is #135. It’s one of my favorites because I like that section of “steps” across the page that makes a wonderful spot for so many things. Today I’ve used it for
travel destinations, words related to travel and graphic embellishments...
