Have you used the Mosaic Moments^(TM) Calendar pages before? They are wonderful for showing all the little and big events going on during the month. Tami has a few posts to show how to use these pages in your scrapbook. Here is a bit on one of her calendar page posts:

"I had more photos than I had spaces so, I used two half size photos (vs one large photo) to fill the large Paper Tile in the bottom left corner of the right page.

FYI - Filling in blank calendar dates with small photos or strips (as shown) is simple using the 1/8 inch grid on your Mosaic Moments Mat - each square is 1 3/8 inch wide by 1 4/8 inch high."

July's Mosaic Moments Challenge: Photos inspired by a Series of Images

 Here is a page I created with my photo series:

Since I really love looking at rain drops on flowers and plants, I decided to create a series about it. I like the interesting textures and how the rain makes the flowers glisten. I went outside after it rained and took many close up shots of the flowers to show all the glittery drips and drops. I also found a little poem that fit with the theme of my photo series. This page is personal to me since it shows and expresses how I enjoy observing the rain drops.

A photo series is wonderful if you want to give your page a specific message (the tutu project is good example). It is also a great way to learn or discover a new subject. Make sure the series you choose is personal to you. Think about things you like, what messages/beliefs you have and different perspectives you would like to explore. Also take many photographs - get close ups and take photos from a distance as well.

Creating a Fun Pin Board

Do you have a pin collection from the Disney parks or other vacation spots? Consider creating a pin board to show off your collection! It is a fun and easy project with Mosaic Moments^(TM).

Puzzle Pattern with Mosaic Accents

Page Pattern Description: This pattern mixes mosaic accents with large blocks. Block sizes are as follows (top left clockwise): 4.375 square, 4.375w x 6.625h,  2.125w x 4.375h, 5.5w x 3.25h block (with a 5.5 strip below this), and last is a 3.25w x 4.375h. 

This page was made with this month's Feature grid paper, Spring

"Donut - the Hamster" supplies used: This page was created using Mosaic Moments^(TM) 12x12 Spring grid paper. Loganberry, and Apple Crush Paper Tiles^(TM) were used as matting for photographs. Embellishments on this page were an Apple Crush 2013 Four letter Cornerstone, and alphabet stickers from Basicgrey^(TM). 

Featuring Andrea's "Our Hearts are at Home"

  Isn't Andrea's Mosaic Moments^(TM) page adorable? In June the design team members were challenged to create a page featuring the alphabet, and Andrea does not disappoint! Her page has a great theme, and she took a creative approach with her photos. Having families and individuals hold up signs is a great way to add journaling and give a unique personality to a scrapbook page. Andrea inspires us to create pages based on personal messages, and how we can convey them through photos and embellishments.
