Wind Spinner
Layering Die Bundle Colored A-L through E-L
Basic Die Bundle A-E & 1" Grid - Colored
Next up in our December Die Drop is the Wind Spinner Set—a clever way to add movement, sparkle, and holiday cheer to your pages. Paije used this set on her “Colonial Christmas 2021” layout, pairing 2x2 and 1x3 Wind Spinners to echo the swirl of festive lights, garlands, and the warm holiday hustle.
She placed two bold 2x2 Wind Spinners as main embellishments, then carried the theme across the page with elegant 1x3 spinners and a mix of patterned papers. The effect? A layout that feels like it’s twirling with Christmas spirit—capturing the charm of historic décor, carolers, and candlelit streets.
The Wind Spinner Set is perfect for adding motion to your holiday pages and guiding the eye from one cozy memory to the next. It brings energy and whimsy while keeping your design clean, balanced, and beautifully festive.

"Disney with Friends" by Paije Potter - Pattern #923
Dies needed to create this look:
Splits
Turn a simple mat into a show-stopping design with the now combined Splits 4x6 & Layers dies.
Paije’s “Disney with Friends” layout shows just how versatile these dies can be. The Splits 4x6 die cuts a 4x6 mat in half diagonally, instantly giving your layout a dynamic, eye-catching design without any complicated techniques. It’s simple, but the diagonal cut creates movement and makes your photos more engaging to look at.
Paije paired this with one of the Splits layering dies, adding a matted look that gives her photos extra dimension and polish. With these two dies working together, there’s plenty of space for almost any photo size, letting your favorite memories shine while keeping your page visually
interesting and balanced.
Whether you’re scrapping a fun day at Disney or any adventure, the combined Splits 4x6 & Layers pack makes it easy to add impact, depth, and a professional touch to your pages—effortlessly!

🧱 Build a Bold Family Panorama with the Bricks Die
"Jones Photos 2020" by Lauren Jones - Pattern #475
Dies needed to create this look:
Bricks
Layering Die Bundle Colored A-L through E-L
Basic Die Bundle A-E & 1" Grid - Colored
Lauren’s “Jones Photos 2020” layout shows just how powerfully the Bricks die can transform a classic family portrait into a sweeping, story-rich design. She placed her 4x6 family photo at the center—warm, joyful, and full of personality—then expanded the moment by building a gorgeous panorama with the Bricks die all the way around it.
Using the Bricks die, Lauren stitched together a series of connected images that feel like one continuous scene, adding depth and atmosphere to the page. The panorama wraps the portrait like a frame of real life—trees, sky, scenery, or subtle textures—whatever the surroundings were that day, it all becomes part of the story.
The Bricks die makes it easy to turn everyday portraits into immersive scenes that capture not just the people, but the world around them. If you want your layouts to feel cinematic, heartfelt, and beautifully composed—Bricks is your go-to.
Jodi’s “Nativity” layout beautifully showcases how approachable—and stunning—the Prism Set can be. She used four 3x3 Prism dies to form a
radiant starburst seemingly bursting from the center of her page, subtly echoing the Star of Bethlehem and creating a meaningful focal point that naturally draws the eye.
The smaller 1x1 Prism sections are wonderfully beginner-friendly: their size helps simplify photo choices, and
they naturally highlight the photos next to them: close-ups such as the parents posing, the large nativity figurines, or the farm's bridge details. Choose photos with clear shapes or warm, rich colors—gold, cream, deep blue, or even red and green—and the Prism dies will instantly make them shine.
Even if you're new to Mosaic Moments dies, the Prism Set is an easy, beautiful way to create a polished layout with symbolic charm and holiday glow.
Layout Above Features: 12x12 Sage Grid Paper (discontinued). Pattern paper created from embossing and chalking
cardstock.
Paije’s “Sites in Acadia” layout shows just how effortlessly the Film Strip dies can turn your photos into a cinematic storytelling moment. She placed two 2x5 Film Strip dies across the center of her layout, creating a strong horizontal anchor that guides the eye smoothly from one memory to the next—just like watching a reel unfold.
Each film strip holds three design spots, and Paije mixed close-up details with sweeping landscapes for a dynamic, storytelling contrast. Think: a textured shell, a bright little bird, a rugged boulder—paired with misty mountains and hikers trekking through Acadia’s iconic scenery. The result is a layout that feels both intimate and expansive, capturing the heart of the
adventure.
The Film Strip dies make it easy to highlight variety in your photos while keeping everything organized and visually striking. They’re perfect for nature trips, vacations, everyday outings, or any moment where you want to combine details and big-picture beauty in one
cohesive design.
Let your next layout roll like a beautiful film—one frame at a time—with the Film Strip dies (Film Strip 2x4 & 2x2 set available as well)!
Layout Above Features: 12x12 Weathered Pink Grid Paper from the Dockside Collection. Pattern paper from Stamperia™.
The Discovery Set is perfect for adding curiosity, fun, and a spark of imagination to your pages. With one 2x2 die and two 1x1 dies included, you can highlight meaningful details and create eye-catching designs that bring your story to life.
On her “Epcot Christmas” layout, Paije crafted a completely fresh peppermint candy look with the Discovery dies. She combined red die cuts backed with white, then added a metallic dot to the centers—instantly giving them a festive glow. She arranged three 1x1s together at both the top and bottom, and placed three 2x2s with alternating red and white design spots across her page. The result beautifully mimics the geometric panels of the Epcot ball,
but with a cheerful Christmas twist.
This creative use of the Discovery Set shows just how versatile it can be. With simple shapes and clever color choices, you can echo architecture, ornaments, holiday décor, or any theme you’re
celebrating. It’s beginner-friendly, imaginative, and full of possibilities—perfect for capturing the magic of the season.
