The first time I visited Ellis Island was during a college trip. I was captivated by the history, but what really stayed with me were the windows—tall, elegant, and full of character. Years later, I had the chance to go back. This time, I was deep into my scrapbooking journey, and those same windows hit me in a whole new way.
I looked at them and thought, “That design would make such a beautiful scrapbook page.” And that’s exactly how the Ellis Island Die came to be.
This 5x5 die was created
to reflect the balance and structure of those historic windows. It comes with two extra pieces to make cutting a breeze, and it works beautifully whether you use it to fill two corners, create a border, or fill an entire page.
