CHANGES ARE COMING! There has been a lot going on at Mosaic Moments. You may have heard, our US die manufacturer suddenly closed. Big decisions are underway. This wasn’t so much of a choice—it was a must-do to keep Mosaic Moments moving forward. 

We’ve always been intentional about protecting this business and our community by making smart, sustainable decisions. (It hasn't been easy watching so many friends in the industry disappear.) Our goal is to continue offering you great products, education, & ideas for many years to come. This requires a full switch to an overseas die manufacturer and significant changes to the way we purchase and sell dies. These changes bring great benefits too!

Biggest Benefit: LOWER PRICES! (We can all get excited about that, right?)

THE BIG CHANGES: Instead of keeping dies in stock year-round, we will be releasing dies in limited quantities on a schedule. Some dies will return in future releases, others will not, most dies will not be available more often than once per year. 

Each month we will release a "Feature Die List" aka Cutting Edge News. It will come via email (watch for the banner shown above), text, and posts on social media. The goal is to let everyone know which dies will be available well in advance of the DIE DROP DATE. 

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

• The feature dies listed will be the only dies available. 
• The Cutting Edge News announcement will include the date and time the dies will drop into the shopping cart (Snapncrop.com). See something you want? - Set a notification! (or sign up for text alerts)
• Dies will be featured for about 4 weeks. You will receive informative emails and see social media posts about the featured dies for about 2 weeks prior to and 2 weeks after the "Die Drop Date".
• Dies will be limited in quantity - sold while supplies last.

This change also means we won’t be able to do pre-orders for new dies like we've done in the past. We know this is a big shift. Change isn’t always easy, and you may have questions. We’re here to walk through this transition with you and make sure you feel just as excited about what’s ahead as we do.

Another BENEFIT! - SnapFix email will start coming to your inbox twice a week starting in May!  We are going to start sending emails each Tuesday & Thursday starting in May, so you will get even more great tips and inspiration!
