MOSAIC MOMENTS® PRESENTS:
"Presidents Past" by Jodi Benson
Hello
What inspires you?
Every creative work is inspired by something or someone. I find a great deal of my inspiration in architecture. I love to walk around towns and cities, looking for the beautiful details on old buildings.
Many of the dies I design for Mosaic Moments are inspired by ancient patterns. You'll find similar designs in places like cathedrals and mosques. However, not all of my inspiration has ancient roots. Frank Lloyd Wright has been the inspiration for architects and designers since the 1930's. His work is the inspiration
behind my New "Wright Corners" dies.
I love the clean modern lines on this set of dies and how nicely they frame the subject in our photos.
Enjoy this sneak peek, with examples our design team made, and join me on Thursday, February 24 at 8:30pm EST-- for a first look at all the new dies that will be available for Pre-Order.
Here's the new Wright Corners 4x6 Die Set on Jodi's misty, winter portrait page.
After the elaborate Victorian era, Frank Lloyd Wright developed the "Prairie style" which was known for modern comfort, convenience, and spaciousness. Our new Wright Corners Die Sets embody those same ideas. The die's sleek and simple lines frame your photos and gives you a spacious center for the main subject. Jodi shows you how you can create a frame or a
window pane appearance with the Wright Corners Dies. In her 4x6 she filled the outer edges of the die with cardstock to make a frame. With the 2x4 Wright Corners, she only filled the die with her photos and it looks like you are looking out of a window.
Both are gorgeous ways to use the new Wright Corners on your frosty layouts!

Tami will show you how she uses them and you'll get to see our designers' pages first! The Pre-Order Sale with begin after, so you will not want to miss out!
Paije shows new 4x4 Wright Corners Die Set here on her travel layout.
Notice how she filled in her die outline mostly with photos, but in each corner square is a tiny piece of pattern paper. In the 2x2 dies she only used one photo, and in the larger 4x4s she used 2 photos. In the center, she used a 2x4 Wright Corners Die to not only crop a photo but for the title "Georgia" in white Alphabet 4 letters.
As you can see, the Wright Corners die is modern and simple, but gives you plenty of opportunity for multiple styling options to embellish your layouts.
