We can all use a bit of whimsy in our lives.
There is a little restaurant in Richmond, Virginia called the Fancy Biscuit. Not only does it have scrumptious food, it is adorable! From the cute food truck painted with flowers to the outdoor dining tent with chandeliers and an electric fireplace.
We love the Fancy Biscuit and are happy to drive over an hour to enjoy their whimsical biscuit experience; because, sometimes it's nice to step into a moment filled with playful, fancy, and just because.
This week I am inviting you to step into one of those moments with our Whimsy Dies. I'll be sharing two new additions to the Whimsy family this Friday - Live on facebook. Hope you will join me.

The Whimsy dies beautifully crop your photos into curvy designs, and make ordinary photos look amazing.
Designer, Paije, was surprised at how well this layout came out. Photos of food are not necessarily the prettiest, and can look bland or ordinary. But, after Paije cropped these pictures with the 2x4 Whimsy die, the less appealing backgrounds were no longer part of the page, and she could really focus in on the delicious looking food from the
festival.
Plus, with the 4x4 Whimsy die, she was able to crop four of her photos larger - allowing for more beautiful scenery to be shown.

Yes, the Whimsy collection is one of our Discover level dies, and here is why it has become a favorite of the designers:
First, Whimsy makes a fabulous page design that looks like a beautiful frame. We just get warm and happy feelings as we see the Whimsy pages come together - it's so delightful! Second, we love that you get more room for your photos in comparison to other Discover Level dies. We find the cropping to be a bit easier, and there's more room to show off the scenery
like in Jodi's page above.
