Hello
Is there a phrase you relate with home?
There is no place like home.
Home is where the heart is.
Home is where you hang your hat.
My family moved a lot. When people ask where I grew up, my answer is the Pacific Northwest. It might seem a bit vague; but, for me, it's a way to include all the towns and homes I lived in. Each holds special memories.
One of the homes, a little tudor style house, was a real charmer. I have wonderful memories of that place. I drove by the last time I was in the area. The house is different. New owners have painted it and changed some of the landscape. However, one of the things I love about the house is still intact, a beautiful bay window with leaded
glass.
That window is the inspiration behind Windsor, one of our 5x5 dies. The diamond pattern is just as charming in a scrapbook as it is on that old cottage house.
Any changes you make this spring to your home are a big deal -- and so is the Windsor Die!
Changes to the outside, like mulching your front yard, make a big statement, and you can scrapbook it with the Windsor Die Set. Use it to create 'mosaic' look with numerous different photos like Paije did. Home improvement projects tend to have a lot of steps, and give you a lot of things to take pictures of. The Windsor Die has twelve triangle and diamond designs
spots for your photos, patterned paper, card-stock, and journaling.
It's a 5x5 die so that means there's lots of room for the details you want to include on your home improvement layout.
Jodi used the Windsor die to create a page about two little angels in this happy home.
The Windsor die acts like a window to see what this home is like, through the photos Jodi put in its frame. She chose to fill the die's design spots with snapshots of the two little girls, the spring flowers, and coordinating patterned paper.
And you can see, how bright and sweet this house is!
Try using the Windsor die on your home layout, it'll be just as sweet.
