MOSAIC MOMENTS® PRESENTS:
"Year 2011" by Tami Potter & Paije Potter
Hello
I love all the possibilities presented at the start of a new year.
It is a great time to look both forward and back. I love to create a visual summary of the past year. I also love planning for the coming year.
My team and I have been busy, for several months now, planning for all the exciting new products and courses, that will be offered in 2022. I hope you will take the opportunity to join us for one or more of them!
I also want to remind you, that you have access to great advice from Mosaic Moments Experts and fellow scrapbookers!
Create a blank layout with the basic die bundle for a year in review of 2022, and fill it up through out the year!
There's no need to wait to make your yearly layouts. Make your page now, and fill in the photos as you take them. This layout has the year front and center in 2x2 Number 2 dies, and the months in matching Alphabet 2 upper and lowercase dies. There's also a spot above the year for journaling or a special photo.
If you use a pattern paper you love, you can leave it on the layout unadorned.
Using the basic dies, you can quickly cut all of your photos and paper for your "Year in Review" layout.
Use the dies from the layering die bundle to get the 1/8th in. mat borders - this option also allows you to crop your photos a little bigger. The large square in the center was hand-cut using the self-healing cutting mat, a ruler, and a craft knife.
We love how Paije created a large enough center to fit in her photo and her journaling for the year.
Document the Year - These year in review layouts feature the year 2020, but all page ideas could be used the any year!
Do you have the film strip die? - Check out this amazing year in review layout that documents a year with the film strip die!
Tips for a year in review page - In this post, Andrea shared all of her tips to create a year in review layout + this is one you will want to scraplift!
The basic bundles make simple, but awesome, photo-focused pages.
There is something special about cropping your photos the same size. It naturally creates an appealing design on your layout. The consistent alignment of each block is very eye-pleasing.
Tip: Add the layering die bundle to mat your photos a little bit larger.
